The Jetset Diaries provides customers with FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 and all international orders over $500. (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

Domestic Shipping
Domestic Standard shipping (5-7 business days) - $12
USPS Priority for Hawaii and Alaska (3-5 business days) - $16

Domestic 2nd Day (2 business days) - $20
Domestic Overnight (1 business day) - $40

Orders must be received Monday-Friday by 12PM PST to qualify for 2nd Day or Overnight. Orders received after 12PM PST will be processed the next business day. 2nd Day and Overnight shipments will require a signature. Expedited shipping may not be available to all addresses. Delivery time occurs after processing time. Please note, the holiday season may still require extra delivery time due to the peak holiday shipping season. See more below. 

Packages are not delivered on weekend and holidays. Saturday deliveries for all shipping options (including 2nd Day or Overnight) are subject to extra cost and may be only available in certain locations. Please email us at to request. Sunday delivery is not available.

Delivery times are just an estimate and rural addresses may require additional days to deliver. See other address exclusions below.

International Shipping
International shipping (10-20 days) - $40

International shipping charges may be adjusted according to the weight and/or the destination of your shipment. Delivery times are just an estimate and The Jetset Diaries is not responsible for delays by customs or the carrier. The recipient of the package is responsible for all duties/taxes. These fees are not included in the price or shipping/handling charges on our website. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees prior to placing the order. Custom policies will vary from country to country.

Shipping Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

Processing Time
Our operating hours are Monday – Friday 10.30AM – 5.30PM PST. Orders received before 12PM PST on Monday – Friday will be processed the same day if Overnight Shipping or 2nd Day Shipping is requested. Orders received after 12PM will be processed the next business day. All other orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Orders received on Friday-Sunday are processed beginning on Monday in 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 extra processing days during holiday season.

Orders with pre-sale items will ship once items are available.

Some orders may require credit card or address verification and may result in additional processing time. We do this to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Please note, we may sell out of an item while attempting to contact you for necessary information.

Track Your Order
We will be able to send you a tracking number once your order has been accepted and your package has been shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking to appear online.

Cancel/Change Order
Please email and let us know your order number and reason for canceling or your changes. Changes and cancellations can only be made if the order has not been processed.

Unavailable Items
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the product you have purchased is not available at time of order processing and you will be refunded. Some items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from various locations.

Non-refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item or refuse any shipments from The Jetset Diaries, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including the cost of returning the package to us. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise returned.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refusal of Delivery on International Package
If the recipient refuses an international order, the package will be abandoned at the border. Because the package will not be received back by us, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Please review international orders very carefully to ensure that you have selected the correct color and size and are willing to accept the duties/taxes and brokerage fees, as we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. 


We’re not happy unless you’re happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us.  You must indicate your intention to return the item within 7 days of delivery, by emailing us at We must receive the products within 14 days of delivery.

 Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred.

*Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred.

If the goods are faulty or you received wrong order, you will also be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. 
If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost.
Please note that we do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, or in the case of a faulty item, exchange for a non-faulty version of the product, simply email us at  Please indicate your purchase order number and the product which you would like to exchange for. We will email you back to confirm we have the new product in stock. Then simply post the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the new product. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Please note that where you exchange for an item of different value, you will be credited the full amount and re-debited the new amount.
For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
